One Big Family - A role play about the link between health and human rights

This session starts with a comprehensive role play which incorporates different aspects of the relation between health and human rights. Special attention is given to the role of health workers.

  • To realize that health is not only a medical issue
  • To understand that health and human rights are interrelated
  • To realize that health workers can go beyond medical treatment to play a role in improving the health and human rights situation of their patients
